PET Duo [Kne’ Deep / Cause Records] High on Sound – The Tour: DJ Set + Live PA

From the darkest and most intense dance floors of downtown Sao Paulo, Brazil, arose PET Duo, the brazilian DJ couple most known for their mind-bending, forward-thinking and ass-shaking 6 deck techno sets.

With a daring and challenging taste they bring together all their musical influences, such as Rock, Hip-Hop, EBM, Classical, breaking barriers and always opening new doors with their “No Conformists” attitude of playing fast and hard Techno.

Using 6 CDJs, 2 mixers and effects or performing Live, they’ve developed their own way of playing which they intertwine one another’s music, working as a team to build a characteristic wall of sound. Adding to that their personal attitude as followers of DIY culture, they control all aspects surrounding their music: designing and programming their website, label artwork and producing tracks by themselves, making it all a mirror of their souls.

All the while, not forgetting the dance floor where they came from, PET Duo are first clubbers and music lovers, they are profound believers of a bilateral movement that brings DJs and public together into one unforgettable experience

High on Sound – The Tour: DJ Set + Live PA // The Concept

PET Duo is so much in love with the music that they get high on sound. That’s why they have chosen this name to synthesise the concept of their new tour.

A hybrid performance; where they fuse the art of Live PA and DJing. Blurring the limits of both formats, by using and abusing the possibilities of new technologies, presenting their full-on Live PA developed through the years, and combined with the most powerful 6 deck DJ set in Techno Land.

They have embedded themselves with a futuristic view; always looking up for higher ground, taking new steps into unknown territory.

PETDuo are doing this concept for the same reason that brought them to where they are now, because of their passion towards Techno.

No matter what they represent. No matter what they have accomplished. Only the future and the challenge of exceeding themselves brings them the indescribable satisfaction of being able to show this music that comes straight from the depths of their imagination to reality.

The show offers a complete experience for the mind, body & soul, dropping sonic bombs, massive beats, flying fast upwards and getting HIGH ON SOUND.

The Horrorist feat. Richter Live [Things to Come Records]

The Horrorist is a sensational live act. A mixture of industrial attituide and punk style with synth-techno music. Playing a set that goes from minimal or new wave all the way to hardcore and everything inbetween, there is something for everyone. But the biggest thing about the Horrorist’s sets is the interactivity that comes with having a live performer that a crowd is capable of understanding. The show is comprised of Chesler’s in your face vocals, video projection and live drum machine and synth.

Oliver performs regularly around the world and has played in every major nightclub and for most major event organizations. He’s wowed crowds from LA to Malta.

The Horrorist is one of those unique artists that only come around once in a while. He is a big influence on the electronic music scene and will be for years to come.
